- Hi Everyone, I am Karen from the UK and this is my first ever blog. I have been interested in holistic (whole person) health for a few years now and I thought it would be a good time to share some of my knowledge that I have gained over the years as a complementary therapist. Through my work I have learned a lot about the mind body connection and I would love to share my thoughts with you on my blog. The problem is that most of us when we are feeling under par physically, we do not realise that we are out of balance in our emotional or mental state of mind and this then leads to physical health problems. We are nearly all programmed to see ourselves as either physically unwell OR emotionally unwell. But we do not see the connection. I will be constantly adding to this blog and would love to know your thoughts. Please free to leave your comments. There are several pages related to various aspects of mind body and spirit.
