Meditation

Meditation is an excellent way of balancing your mind and body. Regular meditation practice helps with so many different things and all you need is about 10-20 mins per day. It needs to be done on a regular basis. I suggest mornings and evenings. In the morning, just set your alarm 10 mins earlier in order to sit down and meditate. In the evening as long as it's not too late, as you may fall asleep and this will not help as you need to learn how to focus. If you do this each and every day,you should begin to feel the benefits greatly.
